Dare to Dream

A Journal Prompt

I would like us all to start out our journey at the beginning of any good course of action… with our wildest dreams.

Self Guided: Think of what it would look like to lead an optimal life. The way you would like to spend your time. The strength, power, and knowledge you would like to emulate and incorporate into your daily life. The vitality you would like to feel. The qualities you would like to inspire in those that have the pleasure of knowing you.

Now some dream specifics:

Expand your knowledge: What is something you have always wanted to learn how to do well?

Experience the World: What is something you would like to experience for the first time?

What are your Holistic Health goals?

Circle the words (or add some new ones to the list) of the activities you would like to do more often:

Spirit: alignment in purpose, cultivate spiritual practice, calmness/ stillness/ meditation, clear past traumas, express gratitude

Body: choose healthier foods, exercise, ritualize self- care practices

Mind: balance daily activities, spend more time alone, lower anxiety, declutter a congested brain, spend less time with distractions

Keep in mind, you likely have many tools in your belt already. You may have even begun making some moves on these journeys. Wherever you are, you are not far from reaching your wildest dreams.
